Online Program Administration allows you to quickly view your customized Eye Protection Program. The Online Program Administration will enable you to review your company program guidelines, including frame and lens restrictions and fitting and dispensing options. You will be able to download your customized order form and view program history. Log on to your password protected site and choose from one of eight administrative tools.
Our interactive online order form offers a “shopping cart” order entry format. The form is accessed via the Shannon Optical website with password protection for privacy and can be customized so only the choices your company offers are shown. Drop down menus make ordering effcient and fast. As the order is entered, each component is individually priced. Prior to submitting the order, an itemized summary and order total, including employee copay or company match is displayed. This total will match the invoice if a total is needed when submitting a purchase order. Submitting orders are sent in real time directly to Shannon Optical for processing. Email notifcations for orders received and shipping information can be sent to 1 or 2 addresses. Invoiced orders are posted to employees' history and can be accessed with a variety of search functions. Orders that need to be duplicated are easy using the duplicate order function.
