Onsite Sample Frame Program

Do your employees already have an eye doctor they know and trust? This program provides sample frames for your employees to take to their own eye doctor, along with a safety glass order form for the doctor to complete after an eye exam. Your employee will then return that form to your company’s Safety Eyeglass Administrator, who then forwards the order form to us to fill. We’ll process the safety glasses and return them to the location of your choice: a doctor’s office, your facility, or even your employee’s home.
